Ray, Katrina and Chris have managed multiple properties for me in the Austin area for some time now. I’ve read the negative reviews and need to say that the condition of maintenance is often a reflection of the landlords budget. They have always kept me informed of tenant issues and I have responded quickly to repairs and maintenance with their help.
