ERA has really been a great company to do business with. I have been renting a duplex in North Austin for almost a year. They are nice, reliable, and friendly. They took time to understand my individual needs as a client. I have a good place to call home. They see to any repairs I need promptly and I feel comfortable speaking to their office or emailing them for any concerns I have.
